Before you proceed

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@bestrido.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

1Retail Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

Retail items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To be accepted for return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use

In their original packaging with all tags attached

Free from odor, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Eligible for Return

Incorrect item shipped: you received a different size, color, or style than ordered

Manufacturing defect: a flaw present at the time of delivery, not caused by use

Size exchange: unworn, original packaging; subject to stock availability

Not Eligible for Return

Worn, washed, or used items

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Items damaged by the customer after delivery

Items purchased through TikTok Shop (governed by TikTok Shop's own return policy)

3Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery (scuffs, stains, tears)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased on third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop
  • Returns submitted after the applicable return window has passed

4How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us

Email support@bestrido.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

Receive Return Authorization

We will respond within 2 business days with a decision and return instructions. Do not ship items back before receiving authorization. Include in your initial email:

  • Order number
  • Item name and size
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item and packaging (required for defective/incorrect items)

Ship the Item

Use a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect).

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

5Refund Processing

Refunds via Airwallex

Approved refunds are processed via Airwallex to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account or payment method.

6Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and the affected items. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund.

Missing items: If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and specify the missing item. We will investigate and send a replacement or process a partial refund.

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7Dispute Avoidance

We track return and dispute patterns to ensure the fairness of this policy for all customers. The following behaviors may result in order refusal or account suspension:

  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us
  • Excessive or repeat returns beyond normal patterns
  • Returning items that show signs of use while claiming they are unworn
  • Submitting fraudulent claims for damaged or missing items

Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be contested. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and civil action where warranted.

8Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
